A few things we get asked.
How long does a commission take?
From first sketch to delivery, most commissions take four to six weeks. Complex pieces with hard-to-source stones may take longer — we'll tell you up front.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship insured, tracked, and duty-paid to over forty countries. Delivery usually takes three to seven business days after the piece is finished.
Can I visit the atelier?
Absolutely. We host visits by appointment, Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Book through this page or email us directly.
Do you resize or repair pieces?
Yes — and all servicing is complimentary for pieces made by us. We can also service pieces made by others, at cost.
