Prices are not listed on the website. For pricing, availability, and commissions, please contact us directly through the enquiry form or by email.

4. Enquiries & Orders

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not constitute a binding order. All orders are confirmed individually via direct communication between the buyer and F&S Silver. Payment terms, shipping arrangements, and returns are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

5. Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke and custom pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun. Design details, materials, and timelines are agreed in writing before any work commences.

6. Limitation of Liability
